JAS Chemicals is the chemical manufacturing arm of JAS Group, producing hot melt adhesives, polyurethane (PU), isocyanate (ISO) and polyol (POLY) chemical systems for industrial customers across Pakistan. Our hot melt formulations are engineered specifically for automotive filter assembly, carton and packaging sealing, and general industrial bonding, giving converters a reliable, fast-setting adhesive that performs consistently on high-speed production lines. Beyond adhesives, our PU, ISO and POLY chemical lines supply foam and molding manufacturers with two-component systems tuned for target density, resilience and cure characteristics, supporting applications from furniture cushioning to rigid insulation panels. Every batch is quality-tested in our in-house laboratory to ensure viscosity, softening point and reactivity remain within specification. With decades of chemical processing experience under the JAS Group umbrella, JAS Chemicals partners closely with auto parts manufacturers, packaging converters and foam producers to develop application-specific formulations rather than one-size-fits-all products.
