Company Overview
JAS Textile Industries is JAS Group's nonwoven and needle felt manufacturing division, producing fabric used across automotive interiors, footwear components, geotextile civil engineering projects, home textiles and quilting. Our needle-punching and thermal-bonding lines convert polyester, polypropylene and recycled PET fibre into felt engineered for specific end-use performance, from roof liner substrates to road construction geotextiles.
In the automotive sector, our nonwoven roof liner, boot liner and air filter media fabrics are engineered to OEM thickness and tensile tolerances, while our geotextile needle felt and geo textile ranges serve road, drainage and slope-stabilization projects across Pakistan's infrastructure sector. In footwear, our shoe needle felt and nonwoven shoe lining products support local and regional manufacturers with insole, toe-puff and lining materials.
JAS Textile Industries also produces a recycled polyester felt line, converting post-consumer PET fibre into industrial-grade nonwoven fabric, reflecting the group's ongoing investment in sustainable manufacturing alongside its traditional textile capacity.
